British Mk I, 1st Type 1888 Pattern Bayonet

Scarce British MkI, P'88 (1st type) Lee Metford bayonet, featuring the distinctive '3 rivet' grip.

In good condition with no heavy pitting or rust it has multiple re-issue/inspection dates 1890 - '99 on the ricasso & a rack number on the pommel.

The tidy scabbard is faintly dated 1891, no shrinkage or damaged stitching.
